April, May, and June 2024 Services

The numbers are in! The following data includes both the demographics of survivors served by our agency from April 1st, 2023 through June 30th, 2024, and the services they received throughout that timeframe.


Our agency served 598 survivors throughout this quarter. Of the 598 survivors 123 of them were new clients (never received services before at our agency) and 475 of them were returning clients (have received services).


Of the 123 new clients served throughout April, May and June of this year, the following breaks down their demographics:

57% identify as female

2% not disclosed

Age

0.8% are ages 13-17

16% are ages 18-24

71% are ages 25-59

12.2% are age 60 and older

Race

11% identify as American Indian/Alaska Native

66% identify as Black or African American

15% identify as White Non-Latino or Caucasian

5% identify as Some other Race

3% identify as Multiple Races

485 Survivors received Personal Advocacy/Accompaniment (Adv/Acc) Services

6 accounts of victim adv/acc to emergency medical care.

1 accounts of law enforcement interview adv/acc.

2587 accounts of individual advocacy.

92 accounts of intervention with employer, landlord, etc.

3 accounts of child or dependent care assistance (provided by agency)

87 accounts of transportation assistance.

215 Survivors received Emotional Support or Safety Services

76 accounts of crisis intervention.

18 accounts of hotline/crisis line counseling.

18 accounts of on-scene crisis response.

939 accounts of individual counseling.

152 accounts of support groups.

121 accounts of therapy.
