All Seasons Transformation
All Seasons Transformation (AST) is a 49-bed transitional living facility for men navigating major life transitions. Our secure and sober facility offers structure, support, and advocacy designed to help each guest move toward independence — one season at a time.
AST provides affordable housing while nurturing each man’s spiritual, personal, educational, and social development through a holistic approach rooted in dignity, accountability, and community care.

What We Offer

Pathways to Success
Every participant participates in three pathways to success each week, which may include:

Life skills workshops

AODA and support groups

Workforce and digital literacy training

Spiritual or wellness-based sessions

Financial literacy and saving plans

This structure helps guests build consistency, accountability, and confidence as they prepare for independent living.
Program Fees & Deposits
When We All Rise assumed management of All Seasons Transformation in December 2022, program fees were set at $100 per week and remained unchanged for nearly three years.
To continue providing affordable, quality care and maintain operational stability, AST’s program fees will adjust in two phases:

$150 per week (deposit = $150) — effective November 1, 2025

$200 per week (deposit = $200) — effective January 1, 2026
Fees are due every week. Each participant’s contribution helps sustain the meals, staffing, and safety measures that make AST a stable home for healing.
