We All Rise: African American Resource Center is currently hiring for multiple positions across our organization.


We are seeking individuals who are committed to community-centered work and are passionate about supporting individuals and families through advocacy, connection, and care. Administrative Coordinator


The Administrative Coordinator supports the daily operations of the organization by managing communications, coordinating meetings, and maintaining internal systems. This role works across departments and serves as a key point of connection for staff, partners, and community members.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and external communications

• Support development of reports, materials, and documentation

• Maintain organized records and files

• Coordinate meetings and collaborative spaces

• Support outreach and engagement efforts


Compensation:

Starting at $21/hour


Senior Director of Client Services


The Senior Director of Client Services provides leadership and oversight of all client-facing programs and staff. This role is responsible for ensuring services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with the organization’s mission, while also supporting staff development and program growth.


**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and support direct services staff

• Oversee program development and service delivery

• Ensure culturally responsive and trauma-informed care

• Manage partnerships and community collaborations

• Support grant reporting and program evaluation


**Compensation:**

Starting at $30/hour


Community Partner Navigator


The Community Partner Navigator focuses on building and strengthening relationships with community partners. This role works to expand access to resources, develop collaborative initiatives, and support outreach efforts that align with the agency’s mission.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain community partnerships

• Identify and recruit new partners

• Coordinate collaborative meetings and initiatives

• Support outreach and engagement strategies

• Manage multiple partnership projects


Compensation: Starting at $25/hour


Housing Advocate


The Housing Advocate provides direct support and advocacy to individuals participating in the Transitional Living Program. This role includes case management, coordination of housing services, and connection to resources that support long-term stability.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes and provide case management

• Support housing placement and landlord relationships

• Coordinate supportive services and referrals

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Assist with program operations and service delivery


Compensation:

Starting at $21/hour


Qualifications (All Roles)


• Experience in community-based or service-oriented work preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to working with and supporting African American communities

• Understanding of trauma-informed care and ability to respond appropriately in sensitive situations
