We All Rise

Our FY 2024–2025 snapshot captures the depth of healing and advocacy across 1,120 individuals served. From more than 22,000 acts of care to 8,500 drop-ins for immediate support, this report reflects a year of community strength, cultural advocacy, and generational impact.

On September 27, 2025, We All Rise hosted a community-centered breastfeeding workshop at 430 S. Webster Ave., led by our Health & Wellness Team — Lamecia Merchant, Community Health Worker, and A’tianna Merchant, Maternal Health Technician.
