5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration

Writer: We All RiseWe All Rise

On Saturday, June 15th, 2024, our community came together for a truly unforgettable occasion—our 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! This year's event was more than just a festival; it was a powerful gathering that honored the resilience, strength, and accomplishments of Black men while fostering a sense of unity and empowerment within our community.

A Day to Remember

With an incredible turnout of over 4,700 attendees, our 4th Annual Juneteenth celebration was a vibrant and joyous occasion filled with music, culture, and community. We were honored to host over 100 vendors, including more than 50 local Black-owned businesses, offering a diverse array of products, services, and delicious food.

One of the most heartwarming aspects of our event was our free community meal, which served over 1,000 families. Sharing a meal together was a beautiful representation of the unity and care that defines our community, and we are grateful to all who made this possible.

Gratitude to Our Sponsors, Vendors, and Volunteers

This event would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our sponsors, vendors, and volunteers. Your dedication and generosity allowed us to create a space where Black joy was celebrated, and we cannot thank you enough for your contributions.

Your support enables us to continue our mission of recognizing and uplifting Black men, ensuring that their stories and legacies are honored for generations to come. (for a full list of vendors and sponsors, please view below).

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on this year’s event, we are already looking forward to the future. Each year, our Juneteenth celebration grows stronger, serving as a beacon of empowerment, pride, and connection for our community. We remain committed to promoting conversations that drive positive change and foster an environment where every Black man is acknowledged, respected, and celebrated.

Thank you again to everyone who made this event a success! Your presence, energy, and support are what make our Juneteenth celebration so special. Here’s to continuing this legacy of joy, unity, and empowerment.
