Update from All Seasons Transformation – October 2025

At We All Rise, we believe healing and independence start with safety, dignity, and community. Every man who walks through the doors of All Seasons Transformation (AST) deserves an environment that honors those values — one that stays clean, safe, and stable no matter what is happening in the world around us.

When We All Rise assumed management of All Seasons Transformation in December 2022, program fees were set at $100 per week and have remained consistent for nearly three years. Over that time, AST has grown stronger — deepening its programming, expanding community partnerships, and serving more men than ever before.

As the cost of food, housing, and basic operations continues to rise, we’re taking steps to make sure AST remains strong for years to come. Beginning this fall, program fees will adjust in two phases:

• $150 per week (deposit = $150) starting November 1, 2025

• $200 per week (deposit = $200) starting January 1, 2026

These adjustments help us continue providing quality, affordable transitional living while protecting the integrity of the space our guests call home. Each contribution directly supports the meals we serve, the 24-hour staffing that keeps our building secure, and the advocacy and programming that move men toward independence.

We’ve already shared this update directly with all current participants, staff, and referral partners. Our updated AST Referral Packet (attached below) includes full details.

This change reflects more than cost — it reflects commitment. Commitment to safety. Commitment to sustainability. Commitment to every man who chooses healing, accountability, and growth.
