Roychelle brings lived experience, empathy, and strength to her role as Housing Advocate at We All Rise, where she supports survivors navigating housing instability with care and determination. From intake and case management to rental assistance and landlord coordination, she helps clients secure safe, stable housing while connecting them with services that foster long-term success. Roychelle's approach is deeply personal—shaped by her own understanding of what it means to feel unseen. Her advocacy is rooted in a desire to be the voice she once needed, and to walk with others toward safety, dignity, and empowerment.
Roychelle's Story
Roychelle Norris (she/her) was born October 1986 in Chicago IL. She grew up in Milwaukee WI and has resided in Green Bay WI since 2003. Roychelle moved away to a different state in 2013 for the development and growth of. She then moved back to Green Bay in 2020 due to her mother being diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, with Lupus being one of them. She felt it was important to be closer to family and friends. Roychelle worked in healthcare and customer service for the majority of her adult life. She's also the mother of four children, two boys and two girls, whom she enjoys developing, educating, and nurturing. Roychelle loves to cook new recipes, shop online, listen to podcasts, and help people.
Roychelle started working at We All Rise AARC as a Housing Advocate. This role is very important to her because she is passionate about helping others, and she knows firsthand the struggle of not being heard and feeling like you don't matter. She invites all to join her on this journey of empowerment and enrichment of knowledge so that she can be a voice for you.
