Joseline's Story
Joseline Mukamagyeza is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a Bachelor's
degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Bugema University in Uganda, Africa.
With a strong passion for community development and advocacy. Joseline has accumulated
extensive experience working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations Ie United Nations
High commissioner For Refugees( UNHCR) Norwegian Refugee council (NRC) and Tutapona
an agency that addresses the pain and trauma associated with War and Violence among others,
focusing on social justice, empowerment, and support services.
Currently serving as a Crime Victim Advocate at We All Rise African American Resource
Center, Joseline provides crucial support to individuals impacted by crime, helping them
navigate legal processes, access essential services, and begin their journey toward healing and
recovery. Her multilingual abilities allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients, breaking
down language barriers and building trust across cultures.
Known for her empathy, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills, Joseline continues to be a
voice for the vulnerable, a bridge between systems and communities, and a tireless advocate
for justice and equality.
