Raised across multiple states and shaped by cross-cultural experiences, Angelica brings a deep well of empathy and adaptability to her work. Angelica's Story

Angelica (she/her) serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director and Founder of We All Rise: African American Resource Center in Green Bay, WI. Her role extends far beyond traditional administrative support—she is a vital force behind the scenes, contributing to logistical planning, community engagement, and strategic coordination. With a steady hand and a deep commitment to equity and healing, Angelica helps bring clarity, cohesion, and care to the center’s work of uplifting and empowering

Raised by a single mother in Las Vegas, Angelica’s early life was shaped by frequent moves—living in seven different states and spending meaningful time with family in Mexico. While that instability brought challenges, it also gave her a deep understanding of how communities function and how people find strength across different environments. These lived experiences inform the empathy, flexibility, and cultural awareness she brings to her work. She is also a proud mother, which adds to the compassion and intention she pours into everything she does.

Outside of her professional life, Angelica is a passionate advocate for the arts. She finds joy and inspiration in a wide range of creative expression—from attending local exhibits and performances to engaging in her own hands-on artistic practices. Her connection to the arts serves not only as a personal passion, but also as a wellspring of insight and empathy that fuels her community-centered work. With a thoughtful blend of precision, creativity, and care, Angelica is committed to supporting transformative change—both in her community and in the lives of those she serves alongside.
