We have enjoyed having our youth at the center this summer. Throughout the summer we were hosting an average of 13-17 young people on-site everyday, five days a week. We are currently providing two meals a day and snacks as well as a variety of off-site field trips and learning opportunities. The kids enjoyed cooking at Foodwise, Swim lessons at the YMCA, and our second annual BYA Black History trivia bowl. Our youth had fun with our field trips to Get Air, Badgers Sports Park, laser tag, and Dave & Busters to name a few. With the summer coming to a close we are excited to be giving away a brand new bike and hoverboard that were donated for a BYA raffle giveaway. We are thankful to have had another great summer.
