Philip H. Aung is the Executive Assistant at We All Rise. He was from Myanmar (Burma) and came to the United States as a refugee in February 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Chemistry from the University in Yangon (Myanmar). And also did a postgraduate degree in Law at the same university. He worked as an ESL teacher for 17 years there. As a father of a 7-year-old boy and a husband, he is trying to live his days to be a good example to them. He is a mover and shaker who never likes to sit back and watch. He had been a youth leader in a catholic community and was a pro-democracy activist which led him to flee his country.

He believes in equity and equality that everyone on earth deserves.
