Is the message I hear when I call a voicemail? No, we have now shifted to an automated system which means the message you are hearing is a pre-recorded message to direct your call. You can listen through the message, or you can dial your extension at any time to be transferred.
What if I call after hours? You are still able to be transferred, or leave a general message which is checked regularly by our intake staff. If you are wanting to leave a message for a specific staff member, please dial their extension and leave them a message.
Once I have been transferred what if no one answers? Your call is very important to us, so please leave us a voicemail. Our staff will get back to you as soon as they are able. Once you have been redirected to a staff's specific line, you are leaving them a confidential voicemail, just for that staff member.
