Individual Therapy Sessions

Mental health support requires wrap around support that is developed on a case by case basis. If you are interested in indiviudal therapy sessions with one of our two physiologists or our licensed therapist, please call us at 920-785-9115 to discuss your mental health needs so we can best support you. We are able to offer therapy services to individuals (adolescents, teens, and adults), couples,  and families.

Healing in Harmony Men's Group

African American men have the lowest life expectancy in the country. The pressures of racism, family life, relationships, and negative stereotypes of black men portrayed in the media are heavy. This space provides a place for African American men to explore and move through these challenges with others who understand. This group  is an open and ongoing group for men ages 18+. Stop in or call us Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM to set up an appointment to learn more.

Candlelight Group

Are you looking for more peace and freedom from trauma you’ve experienced in your life? Hoping to connect with others who can understand? This group provides a safe and supportive environment for survivors of trauma to process, receive support, and learn methods for coping with trauma. This is a closed 8 week group for adults ages 18+. Stop in or call Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM to set up an appointment to learn more.

Family and Relationships

Our deepest need as people is to love and be loved. We do this through connecting in meaningful ways with others in our lives. This can be both scary and challenging as well as beautiful and lifegiving. This group focuses on gaining insight into our own interpersonal dynamics and how these were influenced by our families of origin as well as learning methods for fostering and maintaining healthy relationships with those around us. Stop in or call us Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM to set up an appointment. This group is a closed 8 week group for adults ages 18+.

*We strongly encourage parents and caring adults of multiracial children, black children, or multiracial families to attend*
